		<description>If you use Lightroom then go to Menu &#62; Edit &#62; Preference &#62; Import tab and un-tick 'Show import dialog when memory card is detected' .

This should stop it - you may need to edit startup files to get rid of it

If it is from another Adobe program then best trick is to rename any occurrences of the file in your system - just simply fails to load with no symptoms other than failure to detect  cards automatically.
