Computer software
I like to whine a little about computer software every now and then. Most grumpy guys using computers a lot do, I suppose. There simply is very little that is as annoying as software that doesn’t work, or doesn’t work the way you want it to.
I don’t really know if whining helps. But I hope it does. I hope the software companies, that spend millions of dollars on marketing and are extremely concerned about customer satisfaction and loyalty, listen to what people say about them on the net. It’s up to them whether they want to view it as whinging, temporary attacks of grumpiness or constructive criticism. But to me it would make sense to listen. Customer satisfaction starts with the customer being pleased with your product.
So that’s why I write. And if you have complaints as well, voice them! Sitting quietly and saying nothing hardly ever leads to improvement!
